Job Description

Financial Project Coordinator with Accounting

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and reporting on project forecast/budgets including inter-company. transactions
  • Tracking resources and charges within respective project planning systems
  • Creating PRs and GRs as needed for the procurement activities
  • Tracking charges in SAP
  • Closing projects and preparing asset set ups or disposal documentation

Requirements:

  • Degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Business, similar curriculum, etc
  • A strong understanding of Accounting P&L & basic understanding of Balance Sheet planning
  • Minimum 3-5 yrs relevant financial work experience
  • Excellent attention to detail & organization skills
  • Strong written & verbal communication & problem solving skills
  • Must desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong Excel skills are a must, familiarity with SAP ERP systems preferred. Various other system aptitudes are welcome. There will be a multitude of systems to manage project financials.
