Job Description

Financial Systems Analyst

  • Lead role responsible for the installation, upgrade, support, customization and optimization of the Firm’s enterprise service platforms and applications including, but not limited to: Elite Enterprise v3.10, Webview, ARCs, Wordflow, eBillingHub, NQueue Billback, iTimekeep, IntApp Time Capture, Custom Reports, Elite Extend, Chrome River, SQL2012 / 2014/ 2016
  • Serve as Elite Enterprise 3.10 database administrator and application specialist.
  • Make recommendations for improving reporting capabilities among financial systems.
  • Investigate and resolve issues that may occur through the use of SQL scripts.
  • Develop complex reports based on Firm and client specifications.
  • Assist in development, modification, and maintenance of billing templates. Participate in the Firm’s business continuity configuration, preparation and testing.
  • Document procedures, operations and infrastructure.
  • Combine financial systems expertise and customer service skills to troubleshoot issues that may arise within the Firm’s Financial systems
  • Provide 3rd level application support to the Help Desk


 Qualifications and  Experience:


  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Elite Enterprise and Financial Systems applications, database and server support required.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the functionality and operation of legal financial system applications.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in report writing technologies such as Crystal Reports or SSRS to ensure an accurate analysis of Firm-wide, office-specific, and practice-specific statistical data
  • Experience writing SQL statements and creating SSIS packages
  • Law firm experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, required.
  • Proven track record in building strong partnerships with key members within finance and information technology departments.
  • Experience establishing workflows and guidelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to interface with all levels of employees and senior management.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and shift priorities accordingly.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
  • Detail oriented and deadline driven.
