Job Description

Genesis10 is currently in need of a Financial Wellness Office Manager for a leading financial institution located in Washington, DC. This is a 3-month contract, W2 position.

* Work closely with the on-site Network Administrator, the Real Estate management team, Property Management team, and other internal and external groups to support office operations and maintain office systems; proactively identify and resolve issues early
* Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments
* Provide executive administration support (travel, scheduling/calendar management, expense reporting, etc.) to the head of Financial Wellness and his direct reports
* Plan and organize team and events and activities
* Manage purchasing and expenses with budget; review and approve supply requisitions
* Develop reports and status updates in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
* Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
* Assist in ensuring onboarding tasks for all new employees are complete, as well as assist in the creation and maintenance of onboarding plans for new employees
+ Act as delegate in HR systems to head of Financial Wellness and his direct reports, including but not limited to:
o Creating new positions and requisitions in Workday
o Completing compensation changes and internal transfers
o Ensuring HR onboarding tasks are completed for new employees
o Time online approvals

Required Skills
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Minimum 1-3 years' experience in office management and supply management
* Proven superior written and oral communication skills
* Exceptional process management skills with a demonstrated record for continually improving process performance
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Office management experience
* Tracking budget expenses
* Managing processes
* Understand retail bank systems, processes, and methodologies
* Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures
