Job Description:


The Fleet Management Production Control Technician (FM/PC) is responsible for document compliance of special inspections.


The Technician will work with Aircraft technicians to troubleshoot problems and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled


maintenance activities as required. Requires knowledge of OA Aircraft type series and be familiar with OEM technical data. The


FM/PC reports directly to the Fleet Manager/Production Control Supervisor. These are full time positions that will be located at


the Alliance Facility.


Primary Responsibilities


Tasking includes, but is not limited to:


Reports to the FM/PC supervisor and is responsible for completing FM/PC assigned duties


Analyzes historical and real-time data to provide accurate forecasting, planning, and scheduling for OA fixed- and rotor-


wing aircraft maintenance, inspection, repair, and alteration activities


Verifies TAOMSS personnel authorizations before dispatching the personnel to perform maintenance, maintenance


operational checks (MOCs), special inspections, or other requirements


Uses only vendors that are authorized by Leidos and OA to perform aircraft maintenance or services


Effectively communicates with ACC, maintenance, quality, and administrative support, including travel, inventory, and


acquisition personnel, and IEH&S, safety, and QA personnel, as required, during forecasting, planning, scheduling, and


movement of personnel or equipment, and relocation of aircraft maintenance sites, and when any change in schedule is


anticipated or occurs


Participates in the team effort that drives changes within TAOMSS to provide efficient, cost-effective solutions to OA for


accomplishing fixed- and rotor-wing aircraft and SME maintenance more quickly and efficiently


Ensures that the aircraft for which he or she is responsible has coverage when he or she is not available


Performs all other duties assigned by the FM/PC supervisor


Basic Qualifications


Requires a High school diploma or equivalent with five (5) or more years' recent experience in production control or similar role.

Knowledge of maintenance and material control procedures.


The Fleet Management/Production Control Technician II shall hold valid mechanical certificate issued by the FAA with both airframe and power plant ratings.

The Technician will work with Aircraft technicians to troubleshoot problems and coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities as required.

Requires knowledge of DEA OA Aircraft type series and be familiar with OEM technical data.


Knowledge of aircraft log books, logs and records, and producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports using provided computer systems.

Highly proficient in the use of Pentegon 2000 and/or the use of other MRO software systems.

Must be able to enter, analyze, and report data required for planning, scheduling aircraft maintenance activities.

This position will be located at the main on-site Alliance Facility with travel as required.
