We are actively seeking Independent Sales/Biz Dev Managers AND Referral Partners to bring in leads or new contracts for staffing and/or recruiting clients - nationwide!


  • Work remotely and on your own schedule - alongside non-competitive current job is OK
  • Bring in clients anywhere in the United States (we can deliver nationally!)
  • Send hot leads OR fully negotiate contracts - let's talk about what's best for you


  • Previous experience in staffing/recruiting sales/account management OR
  • Recent relationships in Talent Acquisition/HR/Executive Department Leaders in mid-size to large companies in need of staffing/recruitment outsourcing
  • A smart, hardworking, enthusiastic individual with a passion for selling, eye for detail and a flair for innovation.
  • Client Acquisition for permanent/contact staffing And Client Management ( From requirements to proper payments )
  • Should have dealt with MNC or Top Brand.
  • Should carry rich connects within Industry preferably with Human Resource / Talent Acquisition Team.
  • Should have prior experience in Recruitment Industry.
  • Mapping the Decision Makers of the prospective clients and Keeping a track on movements of decision makers within Organization.
  • Meeting the client, briefing on the service offerings.
  • Understanding client’s requirement and sending business proposals with due approval of higher officials.
  • Negotiating and agreeing on commercial terms & conditions with the client in line with the company policies.
  • Keeping a track of major projects, Industries Growth of the Prospective Companies Responsible in making the revenue generation and acquiring new business.
  • Build and maintain rapport with the New & Existing clients, Accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any further documentation.
  • Ensuring Constant Generation of Mandates from
  • Existing Clients Proper coordination with the recruitment teams and relationship managers to generate quality results.
  • Responsible for the entire recruitment process
