  • 22 paid vacation days per year, in addition to sick leave and 11 paid holidays.
  • Reduced tuition opportunities covering 75% - 100% of eligible tuition.
  • Excellent and affordable health care benefits.
  • Wellness program with opportunity to earn lower health care rates.
  • Free disability insurance.
  • Annual merit increase program.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead front end development efforts on small to large project teams, serving as the subject matter expert from analysis to implementation.
  • Build an understanding of our front end development landscape and identify areas for improvement within applications and/or processes.
  • Design and engineer software to meet business needs, using a variety of languages, frameworks, and technologies
  • Extend and integrate software packages as needed based on user stories developed with our business units.
  • Collaborate with other technical areas (Database Administration, System Administration, Change Control, etc.) to ensure application performance and availability expectations are met.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance of applications and systems.
  • Proactively troubleshoot production, application, or website issues.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex issues as they arise.
  • Mentor and coach other developers.

Required Qualifications:

*Please document qualifications on resume

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant professional experience or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • 1+ years of experience working in a modern front end framework such as React, Vue, or Angular (we primarily use React), including demonstrated expertise in HTML and CSS
