As part of a major trade association, you will find yourself among self-motivated professionals with a wide range of competencies addressing a variety of issues critical to our members and to our entire economy. Our office is in the prestigious and lively Penn Quarter neighborhood of downtown D.C., directly on Pennsylvania Avenue at the Archives metro station. Our environment is professional, with offices instead of cubicles, and we offer excellent benefits, independence, growth opportunity, meaningful work, and respect for work-life balance.
EEI's Employment Testing Department manages a pre-employment testing program for the industry, providing employment tests and related services to over 60 electric companies across the country. Our new team member on the development side needs to arrive ready and willing to hit the ground running, take ownership of projects, interact directly with customers and other stakeholders, and commit to continuous learning and improvement. As part of our tight-knit, dedicated team, you will have the opportunity to wear many hats and develop a broad range of professional competencies. In this role, you will never be a small cog in a big machine. Instead, you will be an essential team member from day one, whose contributions will be visible and vital to our success.
