Our Client is seeking a seasoned full stack .Net developer who derives great satisfaction from iterative improvements to the products they work on and processes used to build them. In this role, you'll help design, build and enhance modern, sophisticated internal tools and systems that fuel our business. You'll work closely with your teammates, contributing to the expansion of our growth. Depending on experience level, there is room for responsibilities further down the tech stack, as well as architectural decisions. You should enjoy finding creative solutions to technical challenges and appreciate the balance between conviction and flexibility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Strong demonstrable experience in systems architecture and N-tier application development using Microsoft's web technology stack (ASP.NET MVC, C#, IIS6/7/8, ADO.NET, Entity Framework, SOAP/REST Web Services including Web API and WCF, Http Handlers, Http Modules).
Experience with Responsive Web Design (RWD) patterns
Provide subject matter expertise to improve business and system workflows
Work in collaboration with business analyst and engineers to ensure proper implementation of system data and functionality
Work as a member of a team, jumping in to help out to resolve issues and some routine tasks
Proficient in writing SQL queries
Experience with version control systems (GIT)
Experience estimating task complexity and timing Requirements/Qualifications:
5 years of proven coding experience
3 years of experience with ASP.NET MVC 4
3 - 4 years of experience with C#, .NET, Visual Studio, ASP.NET, IIS.
3 years of experience with MS SQL Server, T-SQL, Tables, Stored Procedures, Views.
2 years of Entity Framework (EF) experience with some experience in EF Core.
Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science or related discipline
Excellent understanding of development concepts and SDLC methodologies
Built performant, asynchronous and responsive web apps with testable code that's easy to comprehend and extend
Knowledge of information architecture and UI/UX best practices
Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
Proficient in Excel with working knowledge database
Supporting trade promotions management and ERP systems experience a plus
Ability to function under close deadlines with minimal supervision
Position requires in-person attendance at bi-annual company retreats/meetings in New York and Orlando (or other locations as it may vary year to year)
