Our client is seeking a talented and experienced full-stack engineer to work on several high-impact, high-visibility projects for the gRED Early Clinical Development Informatics (ECDi) AI team.
Our team specializes in developing cutting-edge research in AI into products that have a significant impact across all areas within the client. As a member of this team, you will be on the front lines, joining the team in scoping projects, implementing new functionality, creating and deploying user interfaces, leading back-end deployment, and wrangling some data. If interested, you will also have the opportunity to grow your data management and data science skills.
You will leverage your computer science experience and your drug development background to engineer a seamless flow of clinical information. You will collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders involved in the clinical development process (e.g., Clinical Science, Clinical Operations, Medical Writing, Quality, Regulatory). Your work will also cross multiple therapeutic areas including oncology, immunology, neuroscience, metabolism, infectious disease, and others.
You will develop industry-leading solutions for highly complex business problems. To manage the design and pilot of these software products, you will apply a high degree of ingenuity and creativity while maintaining a finger on the pulses of the rapidly changing tech and healthcare landscapes.
The ideal candidate will be:
Experienced in full stack engineering
Experienced in Vue, React, Python / Flask, AWS products like EC2 / S3 / Lambda, and various solutions for databases and data storage / lakes / warehouses Experienced with RESTful APIs and microservice designs, architecture, and methodologies Comfortable with UI/UX and visual design Able to scope high-level project design and data management, down to low-level features and user flow Analyze user stories, propose solutions, and create image / video mock-ups Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong culture and high autonomy Enjoy white boarding the future, collaborating, learning from or teaching others so we can all become better developers Adhere to high quality software development lifecycle (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) Able to start May 1st or earlier.
3-5 years of experience as a developer
Experience developing and supporting data warehousing and analytics solutions.
Have been an active member of software engineering teams (SCRUM preferred)
Have exceptional communication skills
Have experience collaborating cross-functionally on small to large and complex efforts
Biotech experience preferred
