Deliver high quality code configurations in a fast and efficient manner.
Support software development best practices to ensure that client features and implementations are delivered on time and working
correctly, working in partnership with the account management team.
Assist with peer code reviews using GitHub.
Own the process and execution of releasing to Development, ensuring releases are delivered on time with high degree of quality and reliability.
Support a culture of collaboration, responsiveness, maturity and quality in the engineering team.
Work within the Windows Server environment on a mostly AWS cloud server hosting platform.
Develop front-end and back-end software using PHP/SQL and HTML/CSS with Bootstrap.
Identify and mitigate end-to-end security concerns.
5+ years technical software experience
4-year Engineering degree, or higher
Strong understanding of software architecture, data structures, and computer science fundamentals
Experience with agile and fast-paced software development methodologies
Strong Security Background (comfortable working with PII/sensitive data)
Strong communication skills
MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Node.js and Laravel experience helpful
Prior startup experience
Technical literacy and hands-on experience across the software stack, infrastructure, and dev-ops
Knowledge of Enterprise HR (WorkDay, SuccessFactors, Oracle, SAP)
