Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a GBSD OC2 Staff SW Engineer Agile/DEE Coach. This position will be located in Huntsville, AL and will support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. Learn more about the GBSD program here.

What You'll Get To Do:
  • Develop and implement a strategy for the organizational adoption of Agile, from employee education to fostering and sustaining teams
  • Mentor employees by providing feedback and means of improvement and catalyzing organizational growth
  • Provide hands on support to employees and collaborate amongst teams
  • Educate employees, and occasionally customers, on Agile principles and lead by example
  • Provide training sessions and teach skills that lead toward organization-side adoption of Agile methodologies
  • Assure adherence to Agile processes
  • Continue to learn and update your Agile toolkit

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
