Job Description

Genesys Voice Engineer (Genesys 8.x)

(Austin, TX commutable distance  from Austin TX - remote)

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of Voice Engineering, telephony experience

- Preferred Certified Genesys Engineer

- Voice/VoIP/SIP

- Solid experience with Genesys SIP stack or other Contact Center Voice solutions

- Experience with SIP,

- Experience in large enterprise & globally distributed Genesys deployments

- AWS-EC2

- Amazon Web Services EKS (AWS EKS)

- Amazon Web Services S3 (AWS S3)

- Experience with Genesys / Contact center call routing

- Extensive experience with Genesys 8.x platform architecture

- Genesys Framework (Config + Management).

- Minimum of 4 full life cycle projects - installed, configured and supported Genesys solution from version 5.x to 8.x

- Experience designing and working on Genesys Outbound Contact (OCS)

- Working experience with GMS specifically around callback services

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills

 

Responsibilities:

- Design, development, deployment and support of large-scale multi-channel Contact Center applications

- Genesys configuration required

- Implemented and supported Genesys Framework

- Deploy and integrate Genesys Voice Platform

- Design and coordinate IVR application developments.

- Perform load test of the platform

- Develop routing strategies for routing email/chat interaction

- Ownership and accountability for environment readiness, ensuring the platform is appropriately scaled to meet business need.

- Support Voice platform, working with the global and regional teams to identify and define deliverables.

- Identifying system and process improvements relating to the Contact Centre Voice Platform, recommending new solutions and system utilization.

 - Implemented and supported Genesys Framework

- Deploy and integrate Genesys Voice Platform

- Design and coordinate IVR application developments.

- Perform load test of the platform

- Develop routing strategies for routing email/chat interaction
