Please note this is a 6 month contract position.
The Marketing Program Manager (MPM) plans, designs and executes all marketing activities for the assigned product lines and/or assigned segment programs PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Design Global marketing programs/campaigns to support delivery of targeted results & objectives. • Work closely with the PL/ Segment team Marcom team to build whole story solutions in outbound customer messaging and to facilitate efficient utilization of resources. • Work closely with regional MPMs to support the strategic execution of programs, with special focus on unique needs of those regions/countries with highest growth potential • Lead quarterly marketing planning/review meeting with business units and regions to ensure strategic and regional goals are met • Manage marketing budget to quarterly targets. • Serve as single point of contact for their assigned WW Business Unit/Segment
• Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent plus 3+ years' communications experience • Requires proven skills in leading/managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics. • Knowledge of Agilent products and segments, and an understanding of the B2B sales process • Experience developing and executing outbound marketing programs to drive demand for new and existing products, including experience with segment marketing programs. • Ability to communicate effectively through all hierarchical levels in an international, matrix, business environment. • Ability to deal with high pressure, visibility and workload; Demonstrated business acumen and business analytics skills. Demonstrated results orientation, including developing fact-driven, business goal-focused plans that align with strategic objectives. • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral) • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively throughout all hierarchical levels in an international, matrix, business environment.
