Job Title: HR-SME / HR-Change Management
Location: San Antonio, TX
Duration: Long term

Job Description:
The position will provide staff augmentation support for the skills profile team including complex and unique work assignments such as identifying critical skills for success in a job. At least 6 years of work experience implementing talent and compensation programs such as skills management, job evaluations, performance management or succession planning
Ability to communicate and influence at all levels to include resolving differing opinions among business leaders
Experience facilitating meetings with executive leadership and business SMEs
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office tools to include Outlook, word, excel
Critical skills for this position include critical thinking, decision making, influencing, effective communication, time management, relationship management, accuracy & attention to details
