Job Description

Title: HR/Administrative/Recruiting Coordinator
Duration: FTE / Permanent
Location: Beaverton, OR

Our company is looking for an individual who is dependable, driven, with an impeccable work ethic to join our team. The individual will play an integral role on our team supporting the recruiting, sales and management functional areas. Job responsibilities include a blend of HR, administrative and recruiting tasks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling meetings, interviews, events and travel
  • Maintaining employee files (offer letters, benefits paperwork, etc.)
  • Assisting with candidate onboarding/offboarding process and updating records as necessary
  • Format/post job descriptions on our ATS system and update status as necessary
  • Proofread and format resumes of candidates prior to submission to clients
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates, recruiters, and clients
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends, laws and best practices
Desired Skills/Experience/Education:
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), a positive attitude, ability to multi-task, great organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Great organizational skills and attention to detail, be able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks, and be a quick learner
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and in dealing with ambiguity
  • Ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues as necessary
  • Familiarity with any applicant tracking systems is a plus
  • Familiarity with employment laws and HR policies a plus
  • Bachelor's degree with at least two years of work experience is preferred
