The Sourcer /HR administrator is an entry-level intern position. We are a staffing firm working with clients nationwide and we are looking for a part-time Sourcer/HR administrative assistant in San Francisco, CA (the Richmond district). The candidate will assist recruiters in sourcing candidates for positions using internal databases and online tools, conducting reference checks, formatting resumes, and using client portals. Applicants should have excellent comprehension and communication skills, be motivated, be able to learn quickly, and have an ability to work in a fast-pace environment and multi-task.
Job Duties include: review resumes, source resumes, interview candidates, on-board candidates, conduct reference checks, format resumes, submit resumes to clients using various client portals, and general HR/administrative tasks.
Qualifications: relevant experience(HR, data-entry, or admin /coordination skills) or a degree in relevant field preferred; excellent communication and comprehension skills; ability to multi-task; strong with computers and Microsoft Office.
