The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for providing an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring excellence with all operational and administrative assignments in support of the Clients strategy to attract, retain and reward a highly skilled workforce.
The Coordinator provides overall support and resources to recruiters, hiring managers and candidates throughout the client's selection and on-boarding processes.
Provides administrative and project support for the Talent Acquisition team including: general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition unit for calendar management, scheduling, telephone & front desk reception coverage and correspondence.
Interacts with candidates and employees at all organizational levels, for the purposes of scheduling interviews, on-site greeting, scheduling and escorting for fingerprinting. As needed, sending and collecting application materials, making candidate travel arrangements and conducting on-site testing and assessments.
Coordinates logistics related to university and intern programs, diversity recruiting efforts, career events and related outreach.
Initiates and coordinates pre-hire and pre-employment processes such as criminal background checks, employment and degree verification (involves access to and maintenance of confidential personal information HireRight, PeopleSoft, Taleo).
Provides customer service to internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the Bank, in person, phone and emails, etc. responds to customer inquiries in a timely manner, and provides effective and efficient problem resolution.
Supports the TA team in processing the candidate s offer letter, commences Taleo Onboarding and follows up on status with candidates and hiring manager.
Once SAFR clears, works with leaders and candidate to finalize start date, process appropriate forms via Taleo, follows-up with candidates on tasks for completion and apprises recruiter on final start date.
Collaborates with various P+C and business area support teams to ensure the seamless transition of on-boarding new employee`s including facilitating first day activities.
Participates in researching solutions to policy or procedural issues and outlines recommendations for revisions and/or improvements.
Serve as initial point of contact for employees and management on onboarding/Talent Acquisition program/policy requirements.
Compiles data and prepares management reports, activity metrics, requisition reports and/or correspondence.
Posts positions to specific targeted job boards and other media as identified by recruiters.
Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
2- 5 years of experience as an exceptional administrative assistant/coordinator
Superior attention to detail and a highly organized multi-taker
Communicator extraordinaire, both verbally and in the written mediums
Self-motivated, dependable and proven ability to ensure confidentiality with sensitive information
Strong collaboration and customer service mindset
Must have proven flexibility in work and is a team player
