Exciting work you will do:

Our client is the world's largest manufacturer of professional dental products and technologies, with a 130-year history of innovation and service to the dental industry and patients worldwide. They develop, manufacture, and market a comprehensive solution offering including dental and oral health products as well as other consumable medical devices under a strong portfolio of world class brands. Their products provide innovative, high-quality, and effective solutions to advance patient care and deliver better and safer dentistry. Their global headquarters is in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA.

The PM will help on various HR projects depending on their skillset. Some projects include Success Factors upgrade, compensation projects, job catalog project, etc. The ideal candidate will also have experience working on RFPs (getting RFPs out for SI selection). The PM will also work with HR Director in the background to discuss what a PMO would look like for the client.
  • All-purpose HR PMO/change/portfolio management - experience helping to coordinate and manage a broad array of programs across HR
  • End-to-end PM
  • Testing design and coordination
  • Comms/training/change management

What you will need:
  • HCM/SuccessFactors enhancements - Getting the most out of these people that are all overworked/stressed/etc.
  • Total Rewards/Compensation - Multiple projects here. In some cases, we are hiring out some consulting help, so again, biggest value is coordination, but knowing enough to talk the talk, challenge, pushback, etc.
  • Talent Management - Again, several projects.
  • Payroll standardization/outsourcing - more of a standalone project
  • ER - more of a standalone project
  • Responsible for facilitation of communications with the project team and key stakeholders. This will include regular updates regarding project status and performance.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business; Advanced degree a plus
  • PMP certification or equivalent education
  • A minimum of 4 years of project management experience required.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Applications with significant experience utilizing Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work 100% remote.
