Job Description

Title: HR Systems Analyst

Duration: 12+ Months Contract 

Location: Remote

The HR Systems and PMO team provides project management, change management and business analysis for HR global initiatives and programs, collaborating with the various HR and business functions, HR Business Partners and HRIS.

About the position

  • Functions as an Analyst in a variety of Human Resources activities supporting a Shared Services environment.
  • Investigates data to derive trends within the HR Shared Services organization to provide insights into process improvement and solutions assessments.
  • May use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports as well as identify and recommend new ways to streamline business processes.
  • Keeps abreast of technological development, applications with latest technology trends to determine or propose the most suitable solutions and practices.
  • May lead small HR Shared Service optimization projects and HR business process automation.
  • Gathering, reviewing and analyzing business requirements to understand and map business processes and data to support system and process changes. Focus on ways to streamline and continually optimize processes and systems.
  • Collaborates with HR subject matter experts and HR business partners in system design decisions, user experience and complex issue resolution.
  • Conducts and supports UAT and augmenting test scenarios to successfully test solutions.
  • Conduct usability and user testing of HR systems and user-facing tools.
  • Support Project Managers and HR systems and functional leads with program implementations in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence and HRIS.
  • Provide interface with HRIS and HR Product Centers as needed (content, data, user admin, candidate support, test upgrades, solutions packs, and present results and recommendations)
  • Resolve support tickets from users and capture enhancement/usability requirements. Act as customer liaison and develop stakeholder relationships.
  • Work with vendors to support system projects/activities.
  • Responsibilities may include a multitude of activities.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience Systems Analyst skills (creating detailed and accurate requirements documentation and project plans, building strong teams, and driving projects to completion)
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Qualtrics, and Analytic Reporting tools is a plus
  • Microsoft O365 Suite and SharePoint site development experience is required
  • Strong technical understanding and capability with systems is required
  • Experience in business analysis and data analysis
  • Familiarity with system and information security and data privacy concepts
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Understanding of mobile technology is a plus
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms
  • Organizational skills with strong attention to detail including task management and follow-up
  • Self-directed with demonstrated initiative
  • Must be able to work well with a diverse global team and all levels of the organization
  • Web Development experience and HTML knowledge
  • Experience with process mapping (creating workflow models) is a plus
  • Experience with JIRA or SmartSheet is a plus
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop (or similar programs) is a plus
  • Usability analysis expertise is a plus
  • Experience with writing technical documentation
