Modis is partnering with our client in Downtown Chicago seeking an HRIS Analyst to be responsible for managing/processing a high volume of Tier I end user support requests related to the North America core HR and Payroll system. Primary duties will consist of managing the support team s ticketing queue, triaging requests appropriately, and processing a variety of Tier I requests such as historical data changes, transfers/rehires, and employee tax changes. Candidate will need to evaluate, prioritize and respond to end user inquiries in a timely and accurate manner and ensure that downstream systems (such as Time and Attendance, Learning, and Identify Management) are notified of changes when appropriate.
Minimum 1 year HR functional experience or support experience
High school diploma or GED required
ADP Enterprise experience preferred
Case tracking system experience preferred (e.g. ServiceNow)
Ability to provide the highest level of service to customer base
Strong organization, writing, and communication skills,
Ability to self-direct work, effectively multi-task, manage time, and meet deadlines
Quick learner and highly adaptable
Ability to maintain confidentiality with internal HR teams
Strong attention to detail.
