HealthcareExchange Business Analyst (MCR)
Work you'll do
Provide functional and technical expertise for MCR (Master Client Index system) track on the Health Insurance Exchange project
Conduct impact analysis for design changes, coordinate with interfacing systems and work with integrating functions such as eligibility and enrollment modules to enhance and maintain the Master Client Index system functionality
Perform design and coordinate with implementation teams for changes to Master Client index systems
Troubleshoot system issues, analyze data and identify resolution steps as required
Manage relations with client policy SMEs for Healthcare programs supported by Healthcare Exchange platform
Our Health Technology team implements repeatable solutions to solve our government clients' most critical health technology related issues. We advise on, design, implement and deploy solutions focused on government health agencies "heart of the business" issues including claims management, electronic health records, health information exchanges, health analytics and health case management.
Our clients seek a fresh perspective on how to leverage reusable, interoperable and flexible solutions that will enable them to reduce costs, improve health outcomes and respond to public health crises. Professionals will use their deep health, government and technology consulting experience to strategically help solve our client's technology challenges.
3+ years of experience
Healthcare Insurance/ Health exchange ( State/ Federal) experience
Expertise of Master client index systems and data matching algorithms. Should have background in data management.
Should have a good combination of technical and functional skill set with track record of working on Systems Integration projects for HHS or Health Plan clients
Strong SDLC experience, ability to liaison with business and technical teams and client facing experience on health insurance (state and/or federal) systems and/or Medicaid systems
Proficient in software development lifecycle methodologies ( Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
