This posting is intended for DK Consulting's future Helpdesk, Desktop Support, Service Desk, and Field Technician openings located in the Baltimore, Maryland area.  The requirements listed below are standard for all positions.

  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline OR three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years combined experience providing technical support on-site, off-site, remote access, and phone.
  • Troubleshoot, install, upgrade, image, or reconfigure PC's and laptops, stand-alone and networked printers, standalone and networked scanners, modems, thin clients, handheld devices, tablets.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory/Group Policy. 
  • Experience working with Local, State, or Federal Government is preferred.
