Job Description

Skills Set:


    • Windows XP/7/8/10, Mac OS X, Android, iOS, Blackberry, Mac, iPhone, iPad iOS setup, configuration, troubleshooting
    • Experience with creating/building images on Norton Ghost and push out to network
    • Microsoft Office 2007, 2010, 2013, O365


  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • VPN Citrix, Cisco
  • RSA SecurID
  • Syncsort (Catalogic) software and integrated with NetApp SAN solution.
  • Certs: A+ certified is preferred




  • 7 years overall experience help desk/desktop support experience
  • Experience supporting hands-on desktop & help desk service group
  • Provide support for users of several trading floor companies
  • Provide Mobile phone support
  • Provided Support for Bloomberg Terminals
  • Responsible for creating and deploying images with Norton Ghost on any new model PC s
  • Manage Exchange server 2010 created users and distribution lists
  • Created Active Directory users on several different Domains dealt with group policy and rights
  • Disaster Recovery and backup. Experience with data backup solutions
  • Create RSA SecurID soft tokens and assign tokens
  • Provide Support for Citrix applications
  • Support all Citrix apps and web use assisted users with getting trader applications functioning through Citrix
  • Used VMware Vsphere client 6.5 to manage different servers
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Windows 7, Microsoft Active Directory Administration
  • Ability to create images on Norton/Altiris and push out to network
  • 10:00am 7:00pm shift




  • Position: 12 month contract w/RTH (right to hire) option
  • Hourly pay rate: $33.00-38.00 per hour
