Job Description

Position: - Help Desk Analyst-L1

Location: San Antonio –Tx (initially will be remote due to Covid – later on have to be on site)

Duration: Long Term

Visa: Open – No H1b

Interview Mode: Phone then Skype

 

Must have own laptop and own good internet connection to work remotely  

 

Responsibility

  • Accept and register Services Calls
  • Execute 1st attempt to solve the services call
  • Refer services call to appropriate Resolution
  • Communication internally and externally about the services call during entire life cycle
  • Close and report the service call
  • Execute services request such as setting up NT/outlook account as per the SLA
  • Process and send IT report
  • Communicate response time for dispatched tickets to customer

 

Technical skills

  • Technical helpdesk or technical call center experience is a must
  • Hands on experience on Windows operating system ,windows 7, windows XP, Windows Vista, windows 2000, windows 2003 and windows 2008
  • Knowledge of active Directory exchange 2003/2007
  • ITSM Ticketing tools such as Remedy Exchange Mail box, Distribution list
  • Remote desktop connectivity like SMS, Bomgar ,WebEx , Live meetings and windows native tools
