Job Description


If you're looking for a role as a Help Desk Analyst, a growing company partnering with Robert Half Technology needs someone to support local and field users. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be a creative problem solver who enjoys working in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment. Because this Help Desk Analyst role is very visible within the company, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the department and organization. Major responsibilities


- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues


- Help and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups


- Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and suggest solutions to address the root of the problems


- Deliver IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally

- Excellent problem-solving skills


- Adeptness in Imaging Devices


- Foundational knowledge in Microsoft Windows 7 in an Active Directory environment


- Deskside Support experience desired


- Desktop Support experience preferred


- Imaging experience


- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Windows 10


- Understanding of basic networking concepts


- Prior experience with IT support ticketing systems
