Our client, one of the largest alternative asset managers in the world (AUM in the billions) with many projects and upcoming initiatives is looking to hire a full-time Help Desk Engineer Level 2 in Midtown Manhattan! There is a large international presence with offices located all around the globe.
The desktop support role provides support services for the firm and will be working on a team to support all functional business areas. These areas include Voice, Data, Help Desk, Messaging, and Facilities teams to provide fast and seamless service to the end users with respect to their desktop environment.
Ideally you are someone with 5+ years of relevant experience coming out of financial services. You have experience with Windows 10, Active Directory, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
