We are actively seeking a Help Desk Specialist who will be working within a team environment supporting Client Leadership and stakeholders to evaluate current Client business processes, identify and implement business process improvement, design and propose future processes, while providing policy guidance and conducting data analysis, as well as providing Help Desk, operations, and customer service support to organization stakeholders. In this highly visible role, you will also be responsible for project management of specific deliverables required by our client, including document updates and reporting tools. U.S. Citizenship is required as is an active Top Secret Security Clearance The Team
Our Systems Engineering team delivers large-scale software applications and integrated systems, and assists clients with architecture design, assessment and optimization, and definition. We develop service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integration solutions to enable information sharing and management between business partners and disparate processes and systems, and we deliver technology enablement to support CIO services transformation.
Systems Engineering professionals focus on key client issues that impact the core business by maximizing operational value, driving down the cost of quality, and enhancing technology innovation. Our teams deliver a wide range of services, including application architecture design and optimization, application modernization, business process management and solution integration, custom application design and development, and large-scale technology delivery program efforts. Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor of Arts Degree from an accredited college or University
- 3+ years' experience providing support in Business Process Reengineering, f inancial data metrics capturing, w orkforce strategy design and c ustomer service operations
- 3+ years' d evelop ing multiple ad-hoc deliverables, including dashboards and reporting tools
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Top Secret Clearance

- U nderstanding of federal procurement functions and supporting business processes and systems
- E xperience in software application development /improvement and implementation of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Expert level of knowledge with Microsoft Excel
