Job Description

Apex Systems is looking for a Helpdesk Support/Technical Support Specialist in the Cedar Rapids, IA area. Interested candidate should send their updated resume to Adam -

  • Provide tier 1 phone support
  • Answer inbound or making outbound calls to assist our agent field with website registration, login/password, and general navigation issues.
  • Provide solutions based on client's technical issues
  • Work with other team members on providing larger solutions

  • 1 year of previous help desk/phone support experience is preferred
  • Ability to troubleshoot various browsers on computers and not limited to phones/tablets
  • Requires strong phone skills.
  • Any technical experience troubleshooting website/browser issues desired but not required.
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to work within a fast paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
