Job Description

Modis is seeking a Help Desk Technician for a contract role in Hopkinsville, KY

This is a contract role to add to a team that will support North America locations. This is an 8:00-5:00 pm , M-F position. An ideal candidate will demonstrate great customer service and have a firm understanding of Microsoft environments.

Key Duties to include:

Supporting end users remotely

Diagnose laptop/PC/Desktops for refresh, replacement, re-imaging of Windows 10 and be able

Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft Windows 8/10, Outlook, connectivity issues, re-image machines, licensing

Assist with creating new badges for building access


2-3 years in a Help Desk role supporting employees remotely (ideally with SecureConnect but any remote tool will be fine)

Experience supporting Windows 10, Office 365 or MS Office Suite, peripherals like printers, diagnose network connectivity

Passion to help people and cool under pressure

PREFERRED (Nice to Have's)

Experience with Secure Connect


Microsoft certifications or Network+
