SAIC is seeking a team oriented, solution focused, and motivated Customer Support Technician interested in joining our Huntsville, AL team. Position is in support of PEO Aviation.
The Helpdesk Support Services Specialist - Intermediate will frequently interface across teams with configuration management and system administration personnel in order to resolve problems and deploy solutions through the service desk. Job Duties:
Qualifications Required Qualifications:
- Resolve service desk incidents and requests
- Support Active Directory account operations
- Interface with other teams to create solutions and resolve technical issues
- Provide Tier I& II support
- Support enterprise level applications
- Must be able to attend and relay relevant information during meetings.
- Must be highly professional and possess soft skills necessary to be successful in a high pressure environment.
Technical Skill Requirements:
- Active Security clearance
- AA Degree in related discipline and three (3) years related experience; Or, High School and five (5) years related experience with relevant certification.
- Active CompTIA Security+ Certification or equivalent.
- An acceptable Computing Environment certification.
- Good documentation and communication skills
- Must be self-motivated and willing to take ownership of issues
