Job Description


SAIC is seeking a team oriented, solution focused, and motivated Customer Support Technician interested in joining our Huntsville, AL team. Position is in support of PEO Aviation.

The Helpdesk Support Services Specialist - Intermediate will frequently interface across teams with configuration management and system administration personnel in order to resolve problems and deploy solutions through the service desk.

Job Duties:
  • Resolve service desk incidents and requests
  • Support Active Directory account operations
  • Interface with other teams to create solutions and resolve technical issues
  • Provide Tier I& II support
  • Support enterprise level applications
  • Must be able to attend and relay relevant information during meetings.
  • Must be highly professional and possess soft skills necessary to be successful in a high pressure environment.


Required Qualifications:
  • Active Security clearance
  • AA Degree in related discipline and three (3) years related experience; Or, High School and five (5) years related experience with relevant certification.
  • Active CompTIA Security+ Certification or equivalent.
  • An acceptable Computing Environment certification.
  • Good documentation and communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated and willing to take ownership of issues

Technical Skill Requirements:
  • Windows 10
  • Microsoft Active Directory
