Trigyn's direct government client has an immediate need for Helpdesk/Desktop Technician / Support Consultant who can work onsite in Manhattan, NY.
NOTE: Travel to client's different locations within five Borough may be required. (Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island)
Smartphone Technician with 5+ years of IT Mobile Support experience is required to provide staging, repair and support on all Samsung Android smartphone , tablet devices , Verizon MIFl's.
This person is necessary in order to provide timely and efficient service for all current 5000 users on VMWare Workspace One (AirWatch) MOM platform. Stage, rollout and support new and future Android Smartphones and tablets for multiple Mobile Applications projects. Maintenance of Assets using in-house database to keep track of inventory.
5+ years experience to configure , upgrade and activate the all current OS versions and settings of Samsung smartphone devices and Samsung Tablets and native applications.
Experience in enrolling, removing and familiarity with Smart Groups within the VMWare Workspace One (AirWatch) platform and its specific device client applications.
Knowledge of Verizon Enterprise and VMWare Workspace One Consoles
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
Good customer service skills.
Ability to communicate orally and in writing.
Knowledge of Excel and Access.
Configure and activate Samsung smartphones and tablets
Troubleshoot and repair Samsung phones and tablets
