About the Employer:

This opportunity is with a thriving B2B IT Services / Consulting Company.  They have a growing and diverse client portfolio made up of large enterprises, mid-market and small-business organizations. They are headquartered in Cromwell, CT with a remote office on the coast servicing central and southern CT.  Some industry partners include; Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, Dell, and EMC.

About the Opportunity:  

Core skillset should be in Microsoft products: Desktop, Laptop, Server; backups, builds, upgrades, mobile - wireless hardware, Active Directory, Exchange,  VoIP, and Application/Integration support.  Bonus skills would include; CISCO, Switching/Routing/Firewall configurations, Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and Project Management. The focus of this opportunity is Customer Service & Support, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients (internal & external), manage expectations and deliver.
