Job Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is currently looking for a Help Desk Analyst in Chantilly, VA to join a growing IT solutions & consulting company.

Responsibilities for the Help Desk Analyst:
  • Supporting a custom software application built for the federal grants system
  • Effectively communicate with professionals who are using the application externally
  • Effectively handle times of high call volume
  • Work closely with tier 2/3 as well as developers to help troubleshoot end user issues
  • Responds to helpdesk tickets through phone and email
  • Common responsibilities include configuring/repairing computers, diagnosing and resolving network/internet issues, and supporting client applications

Qualifications for Help Desk Analyst:
  • 2-3+ years of professional end user support or service desk support role
  • 2-3+ years of experience using a ticketing system and Help Desk Tools
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

Compensation for the Help Desk Analyst:
  • Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000 based on experience
