Requirements:

  • 1+ year similar helpdesk, desktop, or IT support experience
  • Windows desktop experience
  • Ticketing experience
  • Working primarily on desktops and laptops
  • Vehicle is required because some travel to Chicago based clients will be necessary-up to 25% travel (but may have no travel the first few months)
  • Degree is a plus, but not required
  • Tasks will involve helping login, password assistance all via ticketing system
