Requirements: Must have good general customer service, phone, and computer skills. Technical Support/Helpdesk experience is a plus. Must be Internet savvy (deleting cookies, verifying IP addresses, etc.). Must have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment to demonstrate initiative, a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities: These specialists will serve as the front line support for ePort related phone calls and emails. (ePort is an client product.).
Must be available to work any shift assigned M-F during the hours of 8am - 8pm. Shifts are assigned based on business need and call volume.
