Title: HR Generalist
Location: -Bellevue, WA
Full cycle recruitment including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, reference checks, offer negotiation / generation
Hiring Vendors/Agencies will be engaged for most positions. In such case, coordination with them for any of the above activities that they perform
- Onboarding: Develop, Implement and Refine onboarding program for new hires.
- Experience: Implement programs to improve the employee experience
- Handbook: Develop, Publish and Refine Employee handbook
- Manage Rewards, Recognition of Employees in collaboration with Dept heads
- Employee Performance Management
- Execute employee offboarding including exit interviews
- File necessary state, federal government compliance reports on time
- Develop, Implement and Refine policies and procedures for the company
- Handle any position termination, related compliances.
- Work with ADP / Other tools or vendors in ensuring timely payroll processing
- Take care of all state and federal compliance w.r.t payroll, health benefits, 401k etc./
