Human Resources (HR) Administrative Officer (TS SCI Cleared)Fairfax, VA



Work you'll do

The Deloitte CDM team is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Administrative Officer to:

Support our client across the full life-cycle of personnel actions, to include but not limited to; hiring, transfers, realignment, position descriptions, recommending HR action priorities, tracking submission and completion of HR actions, and assisting in forecasting manpower requirements.

Assist in HR packet development, Performance Evaluation management (DCIPS / DPMAPS), ATAAPS management (time keeper & Structure management), SAF/CDMN Professional Development program establishment and management, Training tracking and coordination

Manage and implement Directorate Employee Management program to include on-boarding, coordination of personnel realignments/reassignments, and off-boarding.

Oversee ATAAPS work structure and alignment, and accurate / timely completion of employee timecards.

Collect, analyze and assist in correctly inputting workforce supervisory structure. Support Performance Evaluation (DCIPS / DPMAPS) MILESTONE management, to ensure correct alignment, and timely completion of employee objectives, mid-year and end of year evaluation, and related issues to system administrative controls and activities.

Assist in the development and implementation of Professional Development, Certification, and training plans, support plans, and other associated documents required to meet workforce certification requirements, developing future workforce core competencies, and meeting USAF and CDM Enterprise training requirements.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's Degree

-TS/SCI active clearance



Skills:

-Strong organization and writing skills

-1 year in a military or defense organization preferred


- Experience developing, tracking, and reporting status of staff actions, MILESTONE completion.

-Does not require HR experience, but must be willing and able to learn multiple types of HR staff packet requirements.
-Experience working within a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) and/or a Special Access Program Facility (SAPF).
