Job Description

Well-established organization requires a HR Business Systems Analyst with significant recent experience planning, configuring, testing and documenting production support, new development, customizations, upgrades and consolidation for PeopleSoft HCM; support the preparation and cost estimates for proposed customizations, upgrades, and other project activities; conduct and coordinate testing efforts. The Business Systems Analyst will also undertake special projects.

The HR Business Systems Analyst requires proactive initiative to resolve the most complex HCM application issues in support/development areas that include training, documentation, configuration, testing, implementation, system analysis, planning, design, development and support of the HR application related to Benefits.

BA/BS in Computer Science or a related field or an equivalent experience.
At least 5 years' experience working with Base Benefits and Benefits Administration, with recent experience in HR 9.2
Higher education or public sector experience preferred
Must provide some examples of why a Benefits Admin event would require reprocessing
What steps would you take to reprocess a finalized-enrolled Open Enrollment event in order to add a missed dependent that the employee added after the Open Enrollment event was finalized but who is effective prior to Open Enrollment?
