The Norwin Technologies I.T. Service Delivery Manager/ Program Manager is accountable for supporting our client's mission by achieving, through interaction with client leadership, sales and growth and ensuring service delivery excellence.
In this role your key focus is to cultivate new and existing relationships.
Nationwide travel to clients is required. Expectation is 50%-75%.
You will serves as coach, consultant, and coordinator by receiving requisitions and coaching the field.
The professionalism and expertise demonstrated through the consistency, efficiency, and accessibility of the Service Delivery Manager influences our ability to grow market share and manage contract requirements across all operating companies.
This position includes both strategic and tactical components.
Client Management be a consultative workforce business partner to executive sponsors, key stakeholders, and leaders to strengthen our strategic partnership
Account Development - identify new opportunities for our client and solve their contingent labor challenges through total workforce solutions
Operations - manage day-to-day operations, P&L, finances, budgets, forecasting
Supplier Management - monitor, maintain and grow our supplier partnerships
Internally you will work daily with the Delivery Directors who manage a talented team of onsite Recruiting professionals
Progressive experience within the staffing industry with a focus on Professional Services/fixed fee engagements.
Ability to effectively manage and resolve complex client situations
