IAM ENGINEER (TECHNICAL LEAD - DESIGN ARCHITECTURE, DATA ANALYSIS, CODING, INTERFACES, DATABASE DESIGN, CYBERARK) - ALLENTOWN, PA - W2 ONLY
This position needs to be a technical Lead Engineer that can lead technical IAM design architecture, but is also able to perform tasks typically done by a developer, which include troubleshooting, data analysis, and coding of IAM supporting interfaces, & database design skills.
Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer who will perform development, implementation, and system administration duties on our enterprise Identity and Access Management systems.
-Perform recurring system administration tasks and serve as the primary support for MicroFocus IDM, RSA Identity Lifecycle and Governance, and internally developed IAM systems to assure system stability, reliable business processes and positive end-user experience.
-Support and implement role-based access program for all types of logical access.
-Design and implement new business solutions that automates the administration of user access to business systems and applications.
-Support compliance processes for federal compliance programs, including NERC CIP, SOX, and FERC.
-Create architecture and design based on requirements.
-Create custom drivers, API integration, AD scripting, and SQL integration to Oracle and Microsoft SQL databases to implement the designed solutions.
-Develop test cases and deployment documentation.
-Deploy and support the Production environment and participate in an on-call rotation.
-Develop and implement an ongoing regimen of software updates to assure the platform is secure, stable and efficient.
-Develop audit and attestation processes to improve system governance.
-Serve as an administrator of the IAM support applications including MicroFocus IDM, RSA Identity Lifecycle and Governance, CyberArk, and multiple internally developed IAM applications.
-Provide troubleshooting of complex systems and application problems and issues.
-Provide support and design of privileged access management program, including analysis of account privileges and automated password change development.
-Monitor systems performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed.
-Monitor service request queues and respond to requests.
-Bachelor's degree required
-Experience with object-oriented languages, https://VB.NET " target="_blank"> VB.NET , Java scripting.
-Well versed in SQL and LDAP query logic for Oracle and Microsoft SQL database platforms.
-Experience in database design, data modeling, stored database object development, and PL/SQL scripting.
-Experience implementing IDM solutions using Microfocus IDM.
-Solid working knowledge of Windows Server 2008 and 2012, federated services, task scheduling and management.
-Ability to install, modify and support hardware and software components of identity management (IDM) infrastructure.
-Experience in UNIX/LINUX shell scripting, PowerShell scripting, and VB scripting.
-Experience in REST API development and integration.
-Experience in all elements of general system administration - Windows OS, UNIX/LINUX OS, SQL, Oracle, Microsoft AD, etc.
-Experience with administration and use of CyberArk.
-Experience with enterprise change management procedures.
-Experience with NERC and SOX compliance requirements.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to work with minimal supervision and complete tasks independently.
-Ability to logically think through a process before it is implemented and anticipate impacts on the overall IAM process.
-Ability to investigate IAM issues and quickly troubleshoot to provide effective solutions timely.
