Position: Chief Data Architect || Chief Technology Officer || Head Of Data Architect-

Detailed JD:-

The Head of Data Engineering must be an analytic and strategic thinker who can work collaboratively across a complex regulated environment.  He/she must be a technically current, business-savvy leader with hands-on experience and extensive qualifications in the design, implementation and ongoing evaluation of data technology roadmaps that continuously balance innovation, speed, operability and efficiency.  He/she must have the ability to remove roadblocks and obstacles when driving toward common organizational objectives, and communicate the vision of  clients data management approach.

 

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

10+ years of enterprise data leadership experience Leading teams focused on advanced data mining, data governance, data platforms, data quality, etc.

10+ years of experience in financial services or other regulated industries

Experience building a serverless data environment AWS experience is strongly preferred, as well as Snowflake, Hadoop, Kafka, Hive, HBase and NoSQL.

Team leadership of more than 75 employees Ideally, has led teams across a variety of data and technology domains.

Bachelor's degree in STEM field required; master's degree preferred Preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems.
