Provide administrative support to IBM Master Data Management (MDM) for the ConnectWellSD program.
Responsibilities for MDM include: - System administration - Configuration mgmt. and updates - Troubleshooting and support - Upgrades/enhancements - Release mgmt In addition, the ConnectWellSD program includes data interfaces from dozens of County systems, so there are continuous enhancements to the interfaces with Oracle SOA and ETL. Ability to assist in other data management / data transmission activities is required.
Required - Minimum 2yrs experience with IBM’s Master Data Management product o Admin skills o Ability to make configuration changes o Troubleshooting and support o Ability to make upgrades and deploy new releases Preferred - Complementary data mgmt. skills, which could include: o ETL o Scripting o SQL
