This position will be focusing on incident troubleshooting for their systems and support desk tasks. This will include analysis, troubleshooting and resolution of there internal applications. Qualifications of the Incident Coordinator:
- Ability to ensure that all incident tickets are being worked on and resolved
- Ability to apply logical thinking to a wide range of problems
- Think quickly on your feet
- Self Guided and Self Directed
- Work in a fast-paced, high volume and pressure dynamic environment
- Exhibit exemplary customer service skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Ticketing Management Systems (Service Now, Remedy, Service Desk, etc).
- Experience with Management Systems and/or Sharepoint
