The Director of Change Management will play a key role in ensuring infrastructure changes are proposed, approved, and executed in a consistent and transparent fashion. The primary responsibility of the role is to design and champion effective strategies of change across the enterprise, applicable to all Tabula Rasa Healthcare subsidiaries. The Director of Change Management will work with people and technology to reduce change-related risk, improve change visibility to executive leadership, and work closely with the Director of IT Compliance to support strong change controls to satisfy various compliance and regulatory requirements such as SOX, HITRUST, SOC2, and other customer covenants. This role will serve as a liaison to the various technology teams related to systems changes, including Infrastructure Engineering and Information Security.

A successful candidate should have a demonstrated ability to design effective change systems, have a broad technical understanding of enterprise infrastructure, and proven ability to lead and organize disparate teams to a common benefit of increased ROI and reduced risk.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

    Design enterprise change-management systems from the 'ground up' Manage enterprise change implementation and responsible parties Communicate to stakeholders, including executive parties, the status of changes Produce change reporting to satisfy internal and external auditors and compliance teams Assist teams to determine the impact of change, both in a predictive and retrospective view Support training and documentation efforts related to change

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in a technology field is preferred. Experience in a related role will be considered.

    Previous change management experience, preferably in a leadership role 5+ years in a related technology field such as Core Infrastructure, Cloud Engineering, Support Services, Software Development Management, Information Security, or Compliance Certifications such as CCMP, CMS, CPCM are desirable

    Proficient in JIRA/Confluence or other project management suites Proficient in Microsoft Excel Broad understanding of modern technology platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Windows Server, and automation tools Ability to create or improve existing documentation Highly organized and process-oriented Capable to learn new technology and asses change-related risks High degree of ownership for the success of the overall change management strategy Able to consistently work with a sense of urgency and provide timely follow-up Must be positive, friendly and professional Excellent written and oral skills
