Job Description


" Effectively partner with various Enterprise groups, such as Deskside, Service Desk, Remote Events and Infrastructure teams, to ensure Enterprise Asset Management processes are adhered to and changes communicated in a timely manner.
" Responsible for defining and conducting physical inventory and asset management audits for all managed assets across various customer locations (in LA, NY, NJ and internationally).
" Responsible for defining and managing the inventory process for remote events.
" Responsible for designing Policy, Process and Procedure for assets across the organization.
" Responsible for Managing the Asset Management application in Service-Now
" Responsible for ongoing management of GAP Remediation (compares the number of Active PCs against data from infrastructure tools to determine if they have checked in to one of those systems in the past 30 days, compares the number of non- Active PCs against data from infrastructure tools)
" Responsible for managing the End User Exit process including reporting and follow up for asset retrieval.
" Responsible for defining and managing Reporting catalog and metrics
" Responsible for reviewing or defining metrics associated with the Asset Management service, and ensuring SLA's and KPI's are met or exceeded on a consistent basis.
" Responsible for ensuring the Asset Management system of record is updated by groups that leverage the system, and that the data contained in the system of record is correct.
" Define an Asset Management strategy that exceeds the customers' expectations, and continues to look at ways of improving the Asset Management service.
" Effectively communicate with the customer and potentially senior leadership as needed.
" Participate and potentially drive, small to medium scale projects as they relate to the Asset Management strategy or service.
" Ensure sufficient stock / inventory is maintained, including managed assets and peripherals, so other End User Services groups can perform incident (break / fix) and work requests to meet or exceed SLA's and KPI's, as defined.
" Lead, develop and manage a team or teams, to provide the highest level of individual and team success.

Preferred Qualifications
The successful candidate could also benefit with having the following:
" Project Management experience or certification
" ITIL Essentials or Roadmap certification
" CITAM (ITIAM - Certified IT Asset Manager)
" Service-Now Certified Administrator
