JOB PURPOSE

The IT Business Office Coordinator will undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. You will be an integral part in ensuring that our department operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities. An excellent IT Department Coordinator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. The goal is to ensure that department operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform technical, non-technical and administrative support for the IT dept
  • Administrative support include but is not limited to the preparation of presentations, organizational charts, spreadsheets and reports
  • Organize Employee Engagement activities including team events, town halls and the IT Newsletter
  • Schedule and coordinate conference calls, meetings, prepare meeting agendas and other necessary meeting documents with business teams, third parties and Executive Admins
  • Perform light financial management duties including processing invoices
  • Perform light vendor management duties
  • Handle office paperwork and other administrative tasks

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Strong Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong Knowledge of Collaboration Tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Experienced with developing, communicating and implementing new processes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
  • Creative problem solver and decision maker
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and changing environment
