Job Description

We have a long term 6++ month contract opportunity for an Integration Specialist of Commercial Operations and IT Systems with our client in the Pharmaceutical space. 

You will in delivering IT systems, managing the system lifecycle roadmap, and providing system operational support for Commercial business functions.

The primary focus areas will be in leading the implementation and qualification of technology solutions, active engagement and partnership with key functional stakeholders to establish and manage the system strategy/lifecycle plan, management of service requests, resolution of incidents/problems, management of external service partners, execution of change controls and maintaining systems.

The position will act as the technical owner and leader for systems supporting Commercial functions, including Sales, Sales Operations, Market Access, Sales Strategy/Innovation, Business Analytics & Insights, and Marketing business functions.

This position will also be expected to be an enterprise thinker and collaborator, working with peers across the Commercial IT teams.

Required skills:

  • Data Integration skills (4-5 years+).  
  • Data Integration in the MDM/ CRM space
  • Very good analysts skills – business and functional analysis
  • Experience implementing commercial systems
  • Deliverable oriented
  • Experience supporting core Commercial IT systems (i.e., Veeva CRM, SalesForce, Axtria, etc.), data/analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, etc.) and other innovative technologies or platforms
    Practical IT Service Management experience and knowledge of industry frameworks (i.e., ITIL, CMMI, etc.)
  • Proficiency with MS Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methods, including a thorough understanding of risk-based testing and change management is required.
  • Cassandra and Datastax experience Snowflake experience ETL processes Data integration SOAP, Restful Postgres End to end data integration and architecture design and implementation System optimization experience AGILE and Waterfall
