This position will join a team of project and reporting analysts to improve processes through leveraging appropriate technology. Applicants must possess a blend of analytical and project management skills to define, design, develop, and deploy processes and technology solutions for our team and internal customers.
Process and system documentation such as: requirements, workflows, data layouts, and test plans
Influence multiple internal clients to define cohesive requirements and implement process standardization where appropriate to reduce technology development needs
Project management of peers, internal customers, global virtual teams, and technical partners to implement solutions
Data analysis, reporting, and trending to predict and confirm impact of solutions to business processes
Experience within health insurance industry in a technical position, with positions in claims and call operations/quality desired.
Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to convey complex thoughts clearly and concisely through written and verbal communication.
Ability to translate customer needs into clearly defined requirements (business/functional).
Demonstrated leadership of process and technical implementations that consistently meet targets.
Capable of leading multiple deliverables and prioritizes work accordingly; tolerance for rapid change.
Experience in a Business Analysis related role
Proficient with Tableau, SQL 2012, SSRS
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile
Excellent presentation, strong analytical skills and written and verbal communication skills
