CBTS is currently seeking an IT Desktop Support Analyst for a 3-6 month contract position located in Johnstown, PA.
Provide in-person and remote support to users in the areas of PCs, e-mail, standard desktop applications, connectivity, and cell phone. The Technician may work alone or as part of a team serving as the point of contact for troubleshooting problems for computer hardware, software, iPhones, printers, network.
