Job Description

Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking IT Help Desk support in Ft. Bragg, NC supporting the United States Army Reserve Command.

Responsibilities for the IT Help Desk include:
  • Provide support to the Customer Service Function area Tier 1 Help Desk activities
  • Install Network and Local Govt approved Print Drivers and Software
  • Troubleshoot installed Software and Hardware and engage equipment vendors for technical and replacement support
  • Provide on- location troubleshooting for all users including VIPs
  • Assist customers with software updates related to network access keys


Qualifications for the IT Help Desk include:
  • 1+ years of IT experience
  • Experience with handling ticket requests (Tier 1)
  • DoD 8570 IAM Level I Security+ CE certification.
  • DoD SECRET Clearance


Compensation for the IT Help Desk include:
  • $20-$25/hr. based on experience
  • Full Benefits: Cigna Healthcare, Guardian Dental, VSP Vision, 401k with Voya through ADP
